My order hasn't arrived
Give us a call or an email and we will contact the courier company on your behalf. All orders are dispatched using tracked services so we know where your product is at all times.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
All Pop Walls purchases come with a two year warranty.
What to do in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged item or the wrong order.
Give us a call or an email and we will seek to rectify this as soon as possible. Our highly professional team check your mural to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. As well as this, the product is extremely tough to rip. If you can send us a couple of photos of the damaged areas or other issues it will aid in our processing of your problem.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a legal right to a “cooling off” period within which you can cancel the contract for any reason. However, because each wallpaper order is printed on demand and to your own specifications, it is a bespoke product. Therefore once an order has been received and payment processed, your order CANNOT be cancelled by you.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process all refunds within 14 days.
What do we charge to return items?
We will not charge you for the return costs.
