CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a legal right to a “cooling off” period within which you can cancel the contract for any reason. However, because each wallpaper order is printed on demand and to your own specifications, it is a bespoke product. Therefore once an order has been received and payment processed, your order CANNOT be cancelled by you.


WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES OR I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

Our highly professional team check your mural to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. If you're unhappy with the quality, or if you've received the wrong item, just contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assist you with your complaint tell you how to return the item and either give you a refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.


WHAT DO WE CHARGE TO RETURN ITEMS?

We will not charge you for the return or collection costs.


HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
